Does Boxclaw.com have an app available for iOS or Android?
We currently do not have apps developed but our website is Web Responsive and, as a result, will work well with many portable devices such as iPads, iPhones and Android tablets and smartphones. Try it out and see.
Do I need to have an account to buy something?
Boxclaw.com does not require you to have an account to browse and place an order. However, we do recommend you register in order to make use of additional features that make tracking orders, creating wishlists, and customizing settings possible. If you choose not to register, then is it strongly recommended that you keep your order confirmations in a safe place so that you can expedite any returns or view order history.
Where is my order?
You may track your package using either the tracking number via the email that we provided to you or, for registered users, you can login to your account and view the "My Orders" tab and click the tracking link available. Follow this link Track My Order
What is your returns policy?
Damaged, Defective, or Erroneously Shipped Product:
If you have received damaged, defective, or erroneously shipped merchandise, please visit the returns request area on BoxClaw.com or call Customer Service at (800) 367-2475, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You must ship the item(s) back to us within 30 days of invoice to be eligible for an exchange of the same item.
Unopened, Resalable Condition Product:
If you have changed your mind and do not wish to keep your product, please visit the returns request area on BoxClaw.com or call Customer Service at (800) 367-2475, to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and ship the product back to us within 30 days of invoice to receive a refund to your credit card. BoxClaw will ONLY accept returns of UNOPENED merchandise in perfect resalable condition for a credit card refund. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
