Xander Cage (Diesel) is an extreme-sports fanatic with no fear and a less-than-inviting attitude. He is recruited by a supersecret government agency for a special mission. Cage will put his athletic abilities to work as a spy, trying to find Yorgi, head of the organization planning to destroy the world.

NSA Agent Augustus Gibbons, fresh off the success of his last renegade recruitment, once again finds himself in need of an outsider. Gibbons and his new agent, also code-named "XXX," must track a dangerous military splinter group led by Willem Dafoe that is conspiring to overthrow the U.S. Government in the nation's capital.
